Stellate ganglion blocks may be performed for individuals who have circulation problems or nerve injuries including Reflex Sympathetic dystrophy, causalgia, herpes zoster (Shingles), and phantom limb pain. This procedure may reduce pain and increase the circulation and blood supply to the affected limb.
