Dr. Michael Papenfuse, D.O. received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship was at MSU Sparrow Hospital and his residency was at Ohio State University Hospitals. Dr. Papenfuse is instructor for Society for Pain Practice Management (SPPM), the International Pain Institute (IPI) and an adjunct faculty member at Saginaw Valley State University. He is also certified as a Diplomat of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of Pain Medicine.

Dr. Diane Czuk-Smith, M.D. received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Her internship and residency were at Sinai Hosiptal, Detroit, MI. She is an instructor for the International Spine Intervention Society and the Society for Pain Practice Management, as well as a clinical instructor for the University of Michigan. She is also certified as a Diplomat of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of Pain Medicine.

Dr. Ryan Bearer, DO received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship was at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce, MI and his residency as well as his Pain Fellowship was at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr Bearer was the Chief Resident of Anesthesiology at Henry Ford 2008-2009. He did a presentation at the Midwest Anesthesiology Residents Conference in Chicago IL in April 2009 on Pulsed Radiofrequency. Dr. Bearer is also certified as a Diplomat of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of Pain Medicine.
